Here are the answers to some of our most popular questions.

How do I get started?

The first thing you need to do is give us a call or send us an email. When sending an email please include your name, address, phone number to reach you and the pets that you have. If you are going on vacation, let us know your travel dates and how many visits you will need. For daily dog walk clients, please indicate the days of the week and approximate time you would like a pet sitter to come each week.  We will then contact you to set up your FREE consultation to meet you and your pets.

What happens during the meet and greet?

During the meet and greet, we introduce ourselves to you and your pets. We review the paperwork needed to get you started. We go over anything needed within your home such as where your dog/cat eats, where the food and leashes are, etc. We answer any questions that you may have. The meet and greet is usually between 30 and 45 minutes and of course is FREE!

What services do you offer?

We offer daily dog walks, cat sitting, vacation sits for your pets, overnight stays and more!

What areas do you service?

We currently service parts of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. If you do not see your service area, please ask us!

What pets do you care for?

We care for most pets including but not limited to dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds, turtles and even farm animals. If your pet is not listed, just ask us!

Do you charge for multiple pets?

At this time, Dawn the Pet Nanny LLC does not charge for multiple pets. We do however have an additional charge if using our pooper scooper service.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes! We are bonded and insured. We will show you our insurance certificate during your first FREE consultation.

How do I pay for service?

We currently accept cash or check.
